  • It was my first time being pregnant, and preparing for labor was such a daunting task that I felt so unsure about. It felt like trying to prepare for a test in another language in an unknown subject. Thank God for Kirstein! She has such a calming reassuring presence that instantly melted my anxiety and gave me a clear picture of what I could do to be the most successful on my labor day. I felt supported and empowered to advocate for myself in discussing my birth preferences with my medical team. I had the best birth experience that I could have imagined, and Kirstein had a HUGE role in facilitating that. Thank you!

  • Kirstein is amazing! She approached my prolapse from a full-body perspective, not just focusing on one area. She took time to really understand how everything was connected and made me feel heard and supported throughout the process. She also gave me easy, realistic daily tips that have made a big difference in my recovery. She gave me so much confidence in my postpartum journey-twice! Highly recommend her!

  • I took Kirstein’s birth prep class to prepare for the birth of my second child. I had little knowledge going into labor with my first baby and thanks to Kirstein, I felt the MOST confident when in labor with my second child and in turn, had the redemptive experience I had prayed for. The personalized approach she used based on my fears from my previous birth helped me feel so calm and empowered this time around. I truly can’t thank or recommend her enough!!

  • Kirstein is a great listener and easy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable and works to get to the root cause of any issues. Her experience as a mother really helps her understand her clients and their needs.

  • I cannot say enough about Dr. Kirstein! She helped me prepare for the birth of my first baby and walked me through postpartum. Her custom approach is everything I needed! She wrote me out a plan that I could follow leading up to delivery, taught me how to breathe properly and even how to push when the time came. When my baby was finally lined up and the doctor told me I could push, she was out in 20 minutes and a lot of that is thanks to Dr. Kirstein's guidance! She also helped me tremendously postpartum as I prepared for a Hyrox race only 5 months after having a baby, and my pelvic floor was so set I had zero issues. I highly highly recommend her!
